RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer returns within 7 days of purchase in-store, or when you receive your order.

Please email info@narocha.comto request a return. Returns are only accepted for faulty items. Change-of-mind is not accepted. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt must be shown. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for gift cards.

In-store returns

Free in-store returns can be made at any of the naröcha stores within 7 days of purchase, or when the order has been received.

Returns via postage

Returns can be made within 7 days of items being delivered. Postage will be at the buyer's expense and will be deducted from the total refunded amount. We recommend using trackable postage as we are not liable for any lost packages.

Refunds

After we receive your return package, we will conduct an inspection to identify any damages, so please ensure that your package meets the above requirements. If approved, you will receive a refund as per your original method of payment within 3 business days.
